Amplo has developed this previously run down three bed maisonette in Parsons Green. The property was secured by our acquisitions team at 15% below the market value in an off market transaction in Q4 2014.

 

The maisonette underwent a full refurbishment including new wiring, underfloor heating, LED lighting and a new hot water system. The original Victorian features of the building have been restored and the whole exterior repainted. Internally, a new bathroom was installed alongside bespoke joinery in the sitting room and bedrooms.

The final stage of works included the creation of a roof terrace and the final interior design works for this private client.
