Fulham Maisonette

Amplo purchased and fully redeveloped this two bedroom split level apartment in Fulham on behalf of a client, whose brief was to create a rental investment and maximise their rental return. The development team submitted and obtained planning permission for the addition of a third bedroom, internal stair case and roof terrace. Amplo also carried out all freeholder negotiations, project management from start to finish and co-ordinated the final interior design. The property has been rented out for the past year at a 6% yield and Amplo have recently been instructed to sell the maisonette creating a 300% return for the investor.

Pimlico Penthouse

Amplo purchased a 50% share in this top floor property alongside an investment partner. The team was appointed development manager and undertook all freeholder negotiations and obtained planning and listed building consent. Amplo undertook a complete refurbishment of the apartment to create a truly unique penthouse featuring an open plan living and kitchen space alongside the creation of three roof terraces. Following completion of the works the property was successfully marketed and sold in Q3 2014 for £1.4m creating a 75% return for the investor.
