Amplo purchased and fully redeveloped this two bedroom split level apartment in Fulham on behalf of a client, whose brief was to create a rental investment and maximise their rental return.
The development team submitted and obtained planning permission for the addition of a third bedroom, internal stair case and roof terrace including privacy glass.
Pimlico Penthouse
Amplo purchased a 50% share in this top floor property alongside an investment partner.
The team was appointed development manager and undertook all freeholder negotiations and obtained planning and listed building consent for two rooflights, a retractable rooflight and internal alterations including the removal of partition walls to create an open plan living and kitchen space.
