Amplo purchased a 50% share in this top floor property alongside an investment partner.

The team was appointed development manager and undertook all freeholder negotiations and obtained planning and listed building consent.

Amplo undertook a complete refurbishment of the apartment to create a truly unique penthouse featuring an open plan living and kitchen space alongside the creation of three roof terraces.

Following completion of the works the property was successfully marketed and sold in Q3 2014 for £1.4m creating a 75% return for the investor.
